Mt Hood Mountain Biking
Biking is not allowed in Wilderness, or trails leading into Wilderness, However, the Mt Hood
National Forest rangers have put together a list of 15 peaceful mountain trails in a
brochure titled "Mountain Bike Trails of the ZigZag Ranger District". Most of these trails
follow streams. They are of differing difficulties and lengths.

It is a great source of information for all Mt. Hood activities.
